DIRECTIONS

For Daily Maintenance
Adults: Take 2 teaspoons daily.
Children: Take 1 teaspoon daily.

For Intensive Use
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon four times daily.
Children: Take 1 tablespoon two times daily.
